Chikito builds business software on subscription — analytics, CRM, ERP, HRM, billing and POS. Run it in the cloud, in your private cloud, or on your own servers.
Six products and around ninety configurable modules, sharing one customer record and one ledger. Subscribe to a single product, or run the whole business on Chikito — cloud, private cloud, or your own servers, from one vendor.
It lands in the queue, is assigned by rule, and the conversation stays attached to the customer from the very first message.

Why Chikito
Built to keep earning its place
Four decisions we made early, and have not traded away since.
Your data stays yours
Run it on your own servers, on your own keys. The product runs on your machines and only talks to systems you chose.
Security-first engineering
Each person sees only what they're allowed to, every record keeps a full history of who changed what, and your data never shares a database with another company's.
One family, one record
A lead becomes a deal becomes an invoice becomes a ledger entry — the same customer record, start to finish. No export step.
Configured, not customised
Fields, modules and vocabulary adapt per customer through configuration. No forked codebase to maintain per client.
Deployment
Run it wherever your data has to live
The same product in every model — the only thing that changes is who owns the machine it runs on.
Managed for youEntirely yours
Cloud
Managed infrastructure, fastest to start. Same product, same per-customer database isolation as every other model.
Private cloud
Your cloud account, your network boundary. One compact installation that fits the cloud setup you already run.
On-premises
Your building, your hardware. It runs on ordinary servers your team already knows — nothing exotic to buy.
On your servers, it runs entirely on your infrastructure — your data never leaves your control.
Security & governance
Isolation is the architecture, not a setting
The strongest guarantee a multi-customer platform can offer is that a query for one customer cannot physically reach another's data. That is how this one is built.
A database per customer
Your data doesn't share a table with anyone else's. It physically resides in its own database with its own credentials, so backup, restore, export and residency are routine rather than a project.
Each person sees only what they're allowed to
Who you are decides which rows and columns you can see — applied automatically to every dashboard, drill-through, export, embed and AI answer. When in doubt, the system shows nothing rather than too much.
Bank-grade encryption for stored credentials
Connection credentials are encrypted at rest, the encrypted values never leave the server, and no screen or automated response ever contains a secret.
An audit trail that shows what changed
Creation, modification and deletion across modules, recorded with actor, timestamp and prior value — a user-visible timeline with secrets redacted automatically.
Period locking that holds
Close a period and no back-dated posting can alter it, from any module — because every financial figure in the platform travels one path into the books.
Approvals and branch scoping
Approval records retain who authorised what, against the document. Branch scoping is applied at the source, so it holds everywhere — reports, exports and connected systems alike.
Measured, not claimed
100 million rows, answered while you blink
Speed decides whether a dashboard is something you check or something you avoid. Ours was measured
against a hundred million rows of sales data, held on deliberately ordinary servers — no premium
hardware. Once a chart is accelerated it answers in tens of milliseconds, and counting all hundred
million rows takes about as long as a blink.
The largest gain we recorded took a twelve-month revenue chart from 1.3 seconds to 73 milliseconds.
Every accelerated answer is checked against the original query before you see it, so the speed never
costs you the truth — and real production hardware does considerably better than our test machines.

Both bars sweep at true speed — the same twelve-month revenue chart, the same hundred million rows.
Who it is for
Businesses where the operation is the product
Not a vertical edition for each — one platform whose modules are configured to how you already work.
The Chikito App delivers Kerala-style home cooking across the UAE — meal plans by
duration and meal type, delivery addresses picked on a map, and the freedom to skip
or reschedule any meal. Native apps for iOS and Android.
Four steps, and the second one is a working system rather than a proposal.
01
Tell us your processes
A conversation about how the business actually runs — branches, approvals, stock movements, the chart of accounts you already use.
02
See the product running against them
A working demo configured with your modules, your branches and your chart of accounts. Not a slide deck, and not a generic sandbox.
03
Configure, not customise
Fields, screens and vocabulary adapt to your business through configuration — add a field or rename a module without waiting for a software update, and without a custom version that only you run.
04
Go live with one vendor
One platform, one customer record, one team to call. In the cloud, in your private cloud, or on your own servers — on your terms.
Questions
The things buyers actually ask
If your question is not here, ask it directly — we answer every email.
Chikito is a software company in Dubai that builds business software on subscription: Klayara, a business intelligence platform, and the Flowyana suite — CRM, ERP, HRM, Billing and POS — whose products share one customer record and one ledger. Every product runs in the cloud, in your private cloud, or on your own servers, built and supported by the same team.
Which businesses is it built for?
Businesses where the operation is the product: distribution, manufacturing, professional services, field service, hospitality and multi-branch groups. There is no separate vertical edition for each — the same platform is configured to how your sector already works, from pipeline through stock to the books.
Can we run it on our own servers?
Yes — in the cloud, in your private cloud, or on your own servers. It installs as one compact package on an ordinary server or into the cloud setup you already run — servers your team already knows, nothing exotic to buy.
How does pricing work?
Chikito is a subscription. You subscribe per product, so you can start with the one module that hurts most and add the next when it earns its place — there is no large up-front licence to justify before you have seen it work. Tell us how your business runs and we will quote against that rather than a price list.
Do you lock us in?
No. Nothing in the product depends on our servers to keep running — it only ever talks to systems you choose and control. And because your data lives in its own database rather than mixed into a shared one, a full export is a normal operation, not a negotiation.
Can the products run standalone, or is it all or nothing?
Each product runs standalone or together. CRM, ERP, HRM, Billing and POS are modules of one Flowyana platform that share a customer record and a ledger, so you can start with one and add the next without a migration. Klayara is a BI platform in its own right — it can sit over Flowyana or query the databases you already have.
How is our data kept separate from other customers'?
By how the platform is built, not by a setting. Every customer has their own database with its own credentials, and who you sign in as decides the only database your requests can reach. Your rows never sit next to another company's, so there is no filter that could ever be missed.
Which languages does the interface support?
English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French and Hindi, including full right-to-left layout. Multi-currency is handled at the transaction level: transact in the customer's currency, lock the exchange rate on the document, report in yours.
Will it be fast enough for our data volume?
We measured it against 100 million rows of sales data on deliberately ordinary servers: sped-up dashboard charts answer in 17–75 milliseconds, and counting every row takes 58 milliseconds. The heavy number-crunching is prepared ahead of time and double-checked against the original — so a sped-up answer can only ever be faster, never different.
How does an enquiry actually work?
You tell us what your business needs, by email at hello@chikito.app. We come back with the product running against your processes — configured with your modules, branches and chart of accounts — so the first thing you evaluate is the real system, not a promise about it.
About Chikito
Serious software, built to keep earning its place
Chikito is a software company building serious business platforms — analytics, operations and
customer software used from the front office to the ledger. We design for businesses that want the whole
picture in one system rather than six vendors stitched together with exports. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, we
build and support every product we ship — in the cloud, in your private cloud, or on your own servers, on your terms.
We build the whole stack ourselves: the analytics engine that answers questions over a hundred million
rows, the operational modules that record what the business did, and the ledger those records post into.
That is deliberate. A company that owns every layer can make one customer record mean the same thing in
the sales pipeline, the stock room and the accounts — which is exactly what a business assembled from
separate vendors cannot promise.
It also changes what a subscription means. You subscribe to the software, not to a place where your
data is held: it runs in our cloud, your private cloud or on your own hardware, and a full export is a
normal operation rather than a negotiation. We would rather earn the next renewal than rely on the cost
of leaving.
We wanted a subscription that holds nothing hostage: you subscribe to the software, but the data is yours and the system runs on whichever machines you choose. If we ever stop earning the renewal, nothing of yours is trapped here. Everything else follows from that.
