About Chikito
A software company that builds the whole chain.
Chikito LLC is a software company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, building serious business platforms — analytics, operations and customer software used from the front office to the ledger. We design for businesses that want the whole picture in one system rather than six vendors stitched together with exports.
We build every layer ourselves: the analytics engine that answers questions over a hundred million rows, the operational modules that record what the business did, and the ledger those records post into. That is what lets one customer record mean the same thing in the sales pipeline, the stock room and the accounts.
What we believe
Four things that decide how we build
A subscription should have to earn its renewal
A business system holds years of decisions, so leaving one should be a choice rather than a punishment. We would rather keep the product worth paying for than rely on the cost of exit: your data lives in its own database, a full export is a normal operation, and the system runs on infrastructure you can point at.
One record beats six integrations
Most operational pain is not inside a tool, it is between two of them. A customer who exists twice, an invoice that disagrees with the ledger, a stock figure that was true this morning. We build the whole chain so there is nothing in the middle to reconcile.
Configured, not customised
Adapting the product to your business should not mean forking it. Fields, modules and vocabulary are configuration, so your version keeps receiving the same updates as everyone else's — and no one inherits a codebase only you run.
Say what the software does, not what it might do
Every capability on this site maps to something built. When a product does not do something yet, the honest answer is that it does not do it yet — a demo against your own processes is a faster way to find out than a feature list.
What we build
Two platforms and a consumer app
Different customers, the same engineering standards and the same stance on where your data lives.
Klayara — the analytics platform
A BI platform that connects to the databases you already run, answers questions over a hundred million rows, and embeds into your own product if you want it to.
Explore KlayaraFlowyana — the operational suite
CRM, ERP, HRM, billing and POS as modules of one system, sharing a single customer record and a single ledger from first enquiry to posted entry.
See the suiteChikito App — the consumer side
Kerala home-style meal plans delivered daily across the UAE, on iOS and Android. The same engineering standards, pointed at a very different customer.

The founders
Why we build it this way
We wanted a subscription that holds nothing hostage: you subscribe to the software, but the data is yours and the system runs on whichever machines you choose. If we ever stop earning the renewal, nothing of yours is trapped here. Everything else follows from that.
Every question passes one security gate, every customer lives in their own database, and every financial figure travels one path into the books. Security you can explain in three sentences is security that holds.
How we work
From a conversation to a system that fits
- 01
Tell us your processes
A conversation about how the business actually runs — branches, approvals, stock movements, the chart of accounts you already use.
- 02
See the product running against them
A working demo configured with your modules, your branches and your chart of accounts. Not a slide deck, and not a generic sandbox.
- 03
Configure, not customise
Fields, screens and vocabulary adapt to your business through configuration — add a field or rename a module without waiting for a software update, and without a custom version that only you run.
- 04
Go live with one vendor
One platform, one customer record, one team to call. In the cloud, in your private cloud, or on your own servers — on your terms.
