Why teams choose it

What CRM does differently

Pipelines, leads and omnichannel messaging on one customer record shared with sales, billing and support.

The handover that usually breaks — removed

In a two-system setup, 'deal won' means re-typing the customer into the ERP. Here the deal already references the client record your sales orders, invoices and ledger will use. There is no handover — only a status change.

Pipelines the way you sell

Multiple drag-and-drop kanban pipelines with configurable stages and rules per sales motion — not one fixed set of columns.

Leads arrive by themselves

Web forms and connected messaging channels land leads in a queue and assign them by rule, not by hand. First-time enquiries on WhatsApp can become leads automatically.

One timeline per record

Notes, comments, attachments, emails and changes in a single chronological view — anyone picking up the account sees the whole history.

Every channel in one inbox

WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, email and website live chat — conversations attach to the customer record, next to their invoices and tickets.

Credit exposure in view

Outstanding balance and credit position sit on the client record, drawn live from invoices and payments — not a stale field.

Questions

CRM, specifically

Is the customer here the same customer as in our invoices?

Yes. The client master is shared platform-wide, so a lead converted in CRM becomes the client the invoice is raised against — there is no export and no second copy to reconcile.

Can we set our own pipeline stages?

Pipeline stages and the rules that govern them are configurable, as are lead sources and industry segmentation, so the pipeline matches how your team actually sells.

Can one branch see another branch's deals?

Only if you allow it. Ownership is branch-aware and enforced below the interface, so it is not something a screen or a URL can bypass.
